- 1 3/4 C. whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/4 C. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp. low-sodium baking powder
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 1/4 C. butter
- 3/4 C. fat-free milk
4.Knead dough 6-8 times with floured surface and hands.
5. Roll dough until it's 1/4 in thick rectangle.
6. Cut into 8 squares to place on greased baking pan.
7. Bake 10-12 min. or until golden brown.
8. Serve each cake with 1 C. strawberries and 1 1/2 tbs. plain fat-free yogurt.
(6 C. strawberries & 3/4 C. yogurt total)
